Receiving requests and providing advice.

Customers provide information about the type of event, number of guests, location, time, and any special requirements via hotline, website, or Zalo. HSVE will then advise on a suitable tent solution based on scale and budget.

Site survey

Technicians will conduct an on-site survey (if needed), measure the area, assess construction conditions, and advise on the span, number of tent sections, and accompanying items to ensure functionality and aesthetics.

Prepare quotations and sign contracts.

HSVE will send a detailed quotation based on area and equipment list, specifying each item, any additional costs (if applicable), and the implementation timeline. After agreeing on the plan, both parties will sign a contract.

Installation and completion

The technical team handles transportation, frame erection, tarpaulin roofing, and completion of items such as walls, floors, ceilings, lighting systems, or accessories as required. The entire process is carried out on schedule and in compliance with safety standards.

Handover and support during the event.

Dismantling and site restoration
