  • WARRANTY POLICY

    During use, if you encounter any problems or errors due to the user, you can contact the company's customer care center or the manufacturer's warranty center directly for assistance.

    Guarantee

    - Product warranty is: Fixing damage and problems caused by manufacturer's fault.

    Warranty regulations

    - The product is warranted free of charge if the product is still under warranty from the date of delivery.

    - The warranty period is stated on the Warranty Card and according to the regulations of each manufacturer for all technical problems of the product.

    - Has a valid warranty card and warranty stamp from the company or manufacturer on the product.

    Cases not covered by warranty

    - The product is past the warranty period stated on the warranty card or the warranty card is lost.

    - Warranty seal is torn, broken, overwritten or modified or erased.

    - The warranty card does not clearly state the product serial number and date of purchase.

    - The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects.

    Warranty and maintenance locations

    - If the contract, delivery note, or warranty card does not state the agreement at the customer's signed address, all products will be warranted at the manufacturer's warranty center. Company staff will guide customers to the manufacturer or, on behalf of customers, bring the product to the manufacturer's warranty center to warrant the product for customers.

    Note:

    - Warranty does not include shipping and delivery costs.

    RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    Cases eligible for return:

    - The product is defective due to manufacturer and does not work.

    - Goods are damaged during the shipping process to the company's customers.

    - Delivered goods do not match the model or type that the customer ordered.

    - Missing delivery items

    If you discover the above cases, please do not accept the goods and ask our delivery staff to confirm the status of the goods on the spot and request a return. Otherwise, the customer must immediately report the defective goods to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods to receive support for a new exchange. After 24 hours, we will not support the solution because by default the customer has agreed with the delivered product.

    General terms and conditions for returns:

    - “One for one exchange” for products sold within 07 days if there is a problem.

    - Full tags, invoices, no scratches, dents, external damage, breakage...

    - The time to exchange goods is no more than 3 days from the date of receipt of goods (based on the purchase invoice or receipt signed by the delivery party).

    - Comes with full supporting documents such as receipts, invoices, delivery notes, warranty cards, catalogs...

    However, for some products we will not apply the same return conditions as above. During the sales consultation process, we will specifically advise on the time limit and return method for each product for customers to refer to when they need to buy that product.

    Return Fee: The return fee will be fully borne by the company if the fault is on the company's side.

    Refund method: We will replace the product for the customer. In case the product is no longer in stock, the company commits to refund 100% of the fee that the customer has paid us through the following methods: cash at the company or bank transfer to the customer.

    After transferring money, please notify us so we can check and confirm for you.

    3. Payment when the staff arrives to deliver the goods

    It is the easiest way to pay, especially if you are not familiar with online payments.

    - When you choose a payment method, please clearly state the transfer content when the staff comes to deliver the goods, such as: Company name, Phone number of the sender and the name of the product you have chosen.

    - After successful transaction, please email or call the company to notify for convenient checking.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

    Our company ships nationwide.

    Shipping fee will be calculated based on the value of your order.
    If you are far from the company or in other localities, we will deliver the goods immediately after 8-12 hours (for ready-made products) after 7-10 days (if the products are ordered).
    In case you buy goods during holidays or encounter some objective conditions such as broken vehicles, bad weather, natural disasters, etc., the company will negotiate with you about the delivery time to ensure the progress and quality of the goods.
    For large orders, the company will directly discuss with you so that you always feel secure when choosing to buy.
