Hoang Sa Viet's return policy was created with the desire to bring customers the best shopping experience. Hoang Sa Viet's products when sent to customers are always guaranteed to be pure, good, quality, true to the information and images posted on the website.

✅ In what cases can customers exchange/return products?

For customers who have purchased products at Hoang Sa Viet company, you are entitled to exchange and refund policy when encountering one of the following problems:

• Product is defective or damaged during shipping
• The Seller delivers the wrong product to the Buyer (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, etc.);
• The product the Buyer receives is materially different from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;
• To limit any problems arising from returns, Buyers should note that they must return the product including all accompanying accessories, VAT invoice, warranty stamps... if any and the product must be in the same condition as when received.

✅ Return policy of Hoang Sa Viet Event

Customers will be able to exchange 1 for 1 if they encounter the problems listed above within 7 days from the date of receipt. The exchanged product must meet the following conditions:

• Product intact, no scratches
• The product comes with full accessories, instruction manual,...
• In case the product needs to be exchanged during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period.

✅ How to return products?

Customers can return products in one of two ways:

✅ About return costs

Hoang Sa Viet offers free returns and exchanges to customers when purchasing products that are defective, scratched during shipping, or delivered incorrectly.

However, in case the customer wants to exchange the product or does not want to receive the goods for subjective reasons, the customer must pay the shipping fee in this case.
