Hoang Sa Viet Event is a reputable and quality supplier of sound, lighting and LED screen equipment, receiving the support of customers.

✅ Product Warranty Conditions

• The product is under warranty.
• For sound and lighting equipment: warranty period is 12 months
• For Led screens: within 12 months, depending on the level of damage, HSV will prescribe appropriate warranty, maintenance and repair policies (can support free replacement of led modules or will charge an additional fee if there is a major problem)
• For livestream microphones: support 1-1 exchange within the first 7 days of use.
• The product is damaged, entirely due to technical errors, manufacturer's errors.
• Product has warranty card or purchase receipt.

For customers in HCM

- Direct warranty support at installation location

- Support repair and maintenance at company location

- Support 1-1 exchange, shipping to the address provided by the customer

For provincial customers

- Support 1-1 exchange, shipping to customer's address

- Support consulting, repair and installation
