Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Investment and Construction Project of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3

The groundbreaking ceremony was connected online from the main bridge point in Ho Chi Minh City ( commencement of Ring Road 3 ) connecting with bridge points in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province ( commencement of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway ) and Dak Lak province ( commencement of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway ) .​​​​

In Ho Chi Minh City , the main bridge point is located at Road 9A , Long Binh Ward , Thu Duc City . Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh , Deputy Minister of Transport Le Anh Tuan and Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People 's Committee Phan Van Mai attended the ceremony at the Ho Chi Minh City bridge point .​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project ( Phase 1 ) with a total investment of 17,837 billion VND , Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project ( Phase 1 ) with a total investment of 21,935 billion VND , Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project ( Phase 1 ) with a total investment of 75,378 billion VND .​​​​
