On the morning of April 25 , at Lu Gia Street , District 11, the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Phu Tho Multi - Functional Circus and Performance Hall construction project .

- The new project has 14 floors ( 2 underground floors and 12 above ground floors ) , including auditoriums , stages , practice rooms , circus training and animal breeding areas , restaurants ... According to the investor , the designed life of the project is 100 years .
